He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zawacki and Gladys Zawacki; and his brother James Zawacki Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Holeva Zawacki; his children, Joseph Zawacki, Tracy Derosky (Edward) and Amy Zawacki; his grandsons, Tyler Zawacki, Joshua Zawacki and Mason Derosky; his great grandchild Tyler Joseph "T. J." Zawacki Jr.; and his siblings, Arthur Zawacki and Patricia Zawacki.
