Fonner (Chase); her stepchildren, James Elmer Jr. (Maureen), David Elmer (Michael) and Megan Patel (Nathan); her grandsons, Conner, Trevor and Luke Bartley; and her stepgrandchildren, Asher and Chloe Elmer.
