He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Florian and Olive Elizabeth Scaff (Arnold). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Tomkovich; his children, Scott Scaff (Marilyn) of Plano, TX, Shawn Scaff of Moon Township, Christopher Scaff (Terri) and Amy Vignone; his siblings, Susan Lucarini (John) of Ocala, FL, Thomas Scaff (Beverly) of Robinson Township, Jeffrey Scaff and David Scaff (Lynell) of Center Township; his close friend Walter Kurelis of Coraopolis; his grandsons, Alex Scaff, Shane Scaff (Ashley), Lucas Vignone, Dylan Scaff and Mason Scaff; his brothers, Jerry and Richard Scaff; and his grandchildren, Josh and Samantha Scaff.
