He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Bugay and Esther Bugay (Patton); and his brother Ronald Bugay. He is survived by: his siblings, Alexis Marzzarella, Philip Bugay (JoAnne) and Betty Stawiarski; and his nieces and nephews, Ron Charlton, Jodie Messner, Emilie Stewart, Scott Stawiarski, Issac and Elijah Charlton.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital in memory of Alan.
