He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "Cub" and Anna Rose Roub (Tomori). He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Meade; his sisters, Annaliese R. Dell (Randy) of Williamsburg and Barbara J. Long of Martinsburg; and his father-in-law Luther Meade Jr. of Martinsburg. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; and 13 nieces and nephews.
