He is survived by: his spouse Beverly "Susie" Burket; his children, Jeff Dugan (Dawn), Jodi Glass (Dave) and Karen Dugan; his grandchildren, Justin, Cody Dugan (Autumn), Kari and Kyle Glass; his great grandchild Riley Dugan; his half-brother Roger Sirko; his stepsisters, Mary Lou, Roxanne and Nancy; his aunt Helene; and his uncle Earl Ickes.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Imler Area Volunteer Fire Company, Claysburg Area Volunteer Fire Company or Mending Hearts.
