He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Harbaugh and Mary Harbaugh (Mock). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Harbaugh (McDonald); his daughter Amy Irvin (Robert) of Imler; his grandchildren, Emily Poborsky of California and Matthew Brown of Duncansville; and his brother Gary Harbaugh (Lisa) of Bedford.
