He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Barnett and Jessie Barnett (Graffis); and his former wife Jo Ann McAnnughey. He is survived by: his children, Joy Smith (Terry), Patty Claycomb (Melvin), Sally Herline (Stan), Doug Barnett (Kim) and Dan Barnett; his fiancée Lucy Long; and his brother Terry Barnett. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
