He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan K. Moffatt and Elizabeth Moffatt (Stivers). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn E. Moffatt (Gensler); his children, Elizabeth K. Moffatt of Millerstown and William E. Moffatt of Millerstown; his sister Mary Elizabeth Loew of Boston, MA; and his nephews, Timothy and Andrew Loew.
