He is survived by: his significant other Miriam Ardella Gerwig; his caregiver Sadie Hawkins; and his children, Andrew Webb (Linda) of Maryland, Glenn Webb (Katy) of Texas, Hope Webb of New Jersey, Kathleen Webb of Ickesburg and Julie Byers (Marvin) of Shippensburg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
