He is survived by: his parents, David Kell and Beverly Kell (Stone) of Ickesburg; his siblings, Michael Kell (Karena) of Blain, Bobbie Jo Rankin (Fred) of Blair Mills, Arthur Kell (Jennifer) of Ickesburg, Zachary Kell (Nicole) of Mechanicsburg and Eli Kell (Lindsay) of Ickesburg; and his grandfather David Kell, Sr. of Ickesburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
