We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Charles J. Hallberg (Hyner, Pennsylvania), born in Renovo, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustauv A. Hallberg and Anna B. Hallberg (Schell); his wife Mary E. (Pickering); his daughter Vyrel Jern; his son-in-law John Poleto; his great grandchild Joni Newcamp; and his brother John "Jack" Hallberg.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth K. Poleto of Lugoff, S. C. and Deborah; his son-in-law Mark Kerns of Quincy, IL; and his sister-in-law Carol Hallberg of Hollidaysburg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Bucktail Medical Center Long Term Care, 1001 Pine Street, Renovo or to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 925 Huron Ave., Renovo, PA 17764.
