She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Shaffer and Tolva Shaffer (Miller); her husband James William Bill; her son Donald William McCoy; her siblings, Irene Dunbar, Philomene Bonner, Mary Shaffer, Winifred Christner, Vernon Shaffer and Ray Shaffer; and her sister-in-law Marjorie Shroyer.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Kathy McCoy; her grandchildren, Don McCoy, Jebidiah Wiseman (Chanda), Travis Ryan (Regina), Coby McCoy (Anna), Chase Ryan (Brandy) and Riley McCoy; her great grandchildren, Sam McCoy, Ashley McCoy, Taylor Ryan, Hailee Ryan, Carter Ryan, Emery McCoy, Morgan and Boone Wiseman; and her brothers, Arden Shaffer, Robert (Paulette McCoy) and John (Dorothy McCoy).
