She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard R. Jr. Shaffer and Margaret Shaffer (Thomas); her brother James A. Shaffer; and her close friend Betsy Bruck. She is survived by: her son Jamie Holbrook.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help the defer expenses.
