He was predeceased by: his father Russell M. Flanagan Sr.; his sister Carolyn Metzner; and his close friend Juanita Nair. He is survived by: his mother Carol Flanagan (Kennell); his siblings, Raymond Flanagan (Brenda), Denise Miller (Mark) and Barbara Colvin (Granville); his brothers-in-law, Scott Franzak, Joe Metzner Jr. and Barry Geary; his children, Christopher Flanagan, Autumn Burkett, Charity Burkett and Garrett Flanagan; and his grandchildren, Jolie, Cole, Keturah, Dominic, Kaelii, Ella and Olivia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be sent to Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home to help the family with expenses.
