She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar George and Gertrude May Jordan (Tharp); her husband Keith Walton Phillips; and her siblings, James Jordan, Oscar Jordan, William Jordan Sr. and Margaret Shirey.
She is survived by: her children, Keith W. Phillips Jr. (Janet) of Ellerslie, Thomas A. Phillips, Bev Shaffer of Hyndman, Margaret A. Mallow (Shawn) of Hyndman, Tena M. Beal (Mark) of Lakewood, WV and Elisa Kavchak (Bill) of Little Rock, AR. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made Ellerslie United Methodist Church or the Ellerslie Volunteer Fire Department.
