He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Howe and Dorothy Howe (Price); his daughters, Michele and Lorrie Howe; and his siblings, Roberta Cross and Wade Howe.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Howe (McEuen); his children, Robert Howe (Dena), Tammy Howe and Denise Reichart (Michael) of Akron, OH; his sister Gertrude Steinmetz of Cumberland; and his grandchildren, Isaac Howe, Angie Mullaney, Joe Mullaney, Adam Harouss Sr. and Ashley Wells. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
