She is survived by: her parents, Carl Smith (Alice Smith) and Doris Smith (Pensyl); her husband Roger Chaney; her sons, Jonathan Chaney (Heather Chaney) and Bradley Chaney (Jenelle Chaney); her niece Shelly (Jon); her grandchildren, Carl, Aydon, Logan, Ethan, Evan, Colton, Jackson and Ean; her sister Cathy Kostick (Dave Kostick Sr.); and her nephew David Michael Kostick Jr.. She is also survived by infant sister, two infant grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help defer expenses.
