She was predeceased by: her parents, Banks Stahlman and Bessie Stahlman (Davis); her husband Ronald D. Shaffer; and her siblings, Margaret Robinson, Annie Horner, Geraldine Kelly, Audley "Jake", Frank, Curtis and James Stahlman.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald D. "Bill" Shaffer Jr. (Debra) of Ridge26753ley, WV, Katherine L. "Kathy" Warnick (Greg) of Hyndman and Julie M. Myers (Chris) of Hancock; her grandchildren, Nicole Warnick, Katelyn Frost (William) and Mckenzie Miller (Riley Schaefer); her great grandchild Noah Frost; and her pets, Sophie and Callie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
