He is survived by: his wife Donna Pensyl (Campbell); his sons, Dale Pensyl Jr. (Sarah) and Dustin Pensyl (Olympia); his grandchildren, David, Kaylynn, Gage, Drake, Amara, Jaxon, Mya and Klaus; his great grandchild Bowen; and his siblings, Helen Kirby, Amy Naugle, Gary Pensyl, Ricky Pensyl, Mark and Charles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help defer expenses.
