He is survived by: his mother Cinda Emerick (Ohler); his wife Faye Emerick (Baker); his daughters, Tawney Emerick and Linzi Emerick; his pet Rolf; his sisters, Edith Mills (Gary) and Jennifer Smihal (John); his niece Rebecca Smihal; his nephew Zachary Mills; his sisters-in-law, Linda Burgess, Cathy Clayton (Stanley), Joanna DuVall (Greg) and Deborah Hormuth (Paul); and his mother-in-law Leona Baker.
