He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E Cook, Sr. and Edna F Cook (Rizer); his wife Phyllis M Cook (Lowery); his son Ronald Cook; his daughter-in-law Lorie Cook; and his siblings, Jesse, Paul, Bob, Harry Cook, Marion C Little and Blanche C Bingman.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Cook (Doris), James F. Cook (Lucile), Gerald Cook (Kathy) and Vivian Jamison (Cork); his daughter-in-law Carolyn Cook; and his sister Bertha Emerick of Hyndman, PA.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren.
