"Susie" Schultz (Ogden); his children, Michele "Shelly" McGovern (Fred) of Curwensville, PA, Vicki Gohn (Bob) of Elizabethtown, PA, Christine Lewis (Kerry) of Curwensville, PA, Pastor Scott Schultz (Jodi) of Clearfield, PA, Jeff Schultz (Charlene) of Hyde, PA and Michael Schultz (Christie) of Brockway, PA; his sister Larmelva Lemonovich (Tony) of Ebensburg, PA.; his grandchildren, Cody, Amber, Taylor, Kausha, Kelcey, Kylie, Jocelyn, Carissa and Trevor; and his great grandchildren, Easton and Elias.
