It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joshua David Mayhew of Hyde, Pennsylvania, born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward H. Fulesday, Jesse F. Mayhew (Christine) and Judith Confer; and his nephew Jameson Quinn. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Mayhew (Lori) of Clearfield and Valeria Walter (Mike) of Middleburg; his daughters, Kayleigh Mayhew, Olivia Mayhew and Emily Mayhew; his siblings, Amanda Mayhew, Jamie Brown, Shilo Walter and Tyler Quinn; his grandmother Mary Fulesday; and his former wife Samantha Mayhew. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and two great nieces.
