He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Marshall and Grace Marshall (Fye); his former wife Sandra Marshall (Behel); his grandsons, Mason Tyler Kephart and Alec Mason Marshall; and his sister-in-law Barbara J. Marshall (Undercoffler).
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Mallon-Marshall (Kuna); his children, Sherry Kephart (Lance) of Shiloh, Cynthia Marshall (C. J. Hetrick) of Clearfield and Charles 'Chuckie Marshall (Alison) of Clearfield; his stepsons, Timothy J. Mallon (Betsy), Gregory S. Mallon (Jennifer) and Matthew C. Mallon; and his siblings, Gary L. Marshall of Clearfield and Peggy Sawtelle (John) of Clearfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
