She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Ament and Carrie L. Ament (Boggs); her husband William E. Crooks; her son Ricky Crooks; her daughter-in-law Mary Jane Crooks (Leonard); and her siblings, Josephine Watson, Bill and Kyutis Ament.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles J. Crooks of Buffalo Township, Mark G. Crooks (Tammy) of Apollo and William E. Crooks, Jr. (Ann) of Vandergrift; her grandchildren, Jesse, Jericka, Sarah, Joshua and James; her great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Ryleigh, Olivia, Calvin, Camden, Sydney and Brinly; and her siblings, Genevieve Piper of Lower Burrell and Dick Ament (Charlotte) of Allegheny Township. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
