He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Fondrk and Julie O'Shea (Niyri); and his sister Carol Fondrk. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Fondrk (Danik); his brother-in-law John E. Danik (Mary Beth) of Frazer Township; his nephew Matthew Danik (Stephanie) of Harwick; and his great-nephew Ryker Danik.
