He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Zanotti; his wife Helen Zanotti (Booher); his son William Zanotti; and his brothers, Louis Zanotti and Victor Zanotti.
He is survived by: his parent Marie Louise Zanotti (Cuffia); his sons, James C. Zanotti (Patty Jo) of Allegheny Twp and Victor Zanotti (Diane) of Olathe; his grandchildren, Eric Zanotti, Jason Zanotti (Tina) and Jessica Zanotti (Jerry Larson); his great grandchildren, William Zanotti, Sawyar Zanotti, Maja Zanotti, Phoebe Murrie (Chase), Tabitha Jacob and Alec Jacob; and his great great grandchildren, Maddelyn and Niriah.
