He was predeceased by: his parent Donald Berkey; and his sister Dawn McCutcheon. He is survived by: his parent Mary Lou Berkey (Wyatt); his wife Anita J. Berkey (Weiland); his brothers, John Berkey of Leechburg and Mark Berkey (Sandy) of New Kensington; and his stepsiblings, Arthur Hild and Faith Smart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks Memorial Contributions be made in Jim's memory to Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley, 533 Linden Ave., New Kensington, PA 15068.
