He is survived by: his mother Imogene Caroline Windows Hoak; his children, Alexis Dawn Hoak of Hyde Park and Austin Michael Hoak (Kathy McGuire) of Hyde Park; and his sisters, Elaine Copney (Pete) of Washington Twp, Kathleen Fritz (Jim) of Apollo and Lori Emanuel (Todd) of Apollo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
