He was predeceased by: his parents, James Koschak and Mary Consavage Koschak. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Downer Koschak; his children, Brian (Erin Watkins), Timothy Watkins of West Newton, Christopher (Deena Watkins) of Smithton, James Koschak of Denton, TX and Rachael Castillo of Denton, TX; his grandchildren, Makaylah, Addison, Brysen, Nova and Maci; and his siblings, Andrew Koschak of Kentucky, Michael Koschak of West Newton, Stephen Koschak of Greensburg and Karlyn Greenwood of Belle Vernon.
