Shorter (Hutchinson, Pennsylvania), born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 23, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Raley; his children, Larry Shorter (Jan) of Goddard and Tammy Bass (Martin) of Pratt; his grandchildren, Erick Shorter, Joshua Shorter (Karyn), Katlyn Shorter, Heather Davidson (Brock), Ryan Bass and Kristen Morgan (Kyle); and also, Patsy Raley and June Raley.
