He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hess and Gladys Harshberger Hess. He is survived by: his wife Janet Hess of Hustontown, PA; and his children, Debra, Warren Hess Jr. of Carlisle, PA and Ronald. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
