He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Summers; his brother Donald Summers; and his mother-in-law Barbara Stanowski. He is survived by: his parent Deloris Summers (Zerbe); his siblings, Richard "Butch" Zerbe, Shirley Simpson, Charlie Summers (Sue), Reba Mondo (Bill), Bertha Grace Figard, Kevin Summers (Debbie), Clara Louise Summers, Tammy White (Danny) and Beverley Foor; his father-in-law John Stanowski; and his brother-in-law John Stanowski (Linda).

In lieu of flowers contributions are not necessary.
