He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur L. Hall, Sr. and Phyllis Hall (Moreland); and his daughter Beth Ann Hall. He is survived by: his wife Marsha L. Jones; his son Todd R. Hall (Lisa); his grandchildren, Gabriel of York and Kathryn Hall of York; his brother Jeffrey E. Hall (Jody); and his nephew Jesse Hall of Huntingdon.
