He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bailey and Beulah Bailey (Harshbarger); and his siblings, Herman, Edwin, Gladys, Phyllis, Wayne, Ward, Iona, Lorma and Arlene.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Sheets; his son Larry W. Bailey of Lewistown; and his grandchildren, Heather Bailey, Katherine Bailey, Judith Bailey, Mary Jane Bailey and Eric Bailey.
