He was predeceased by: his parents, Brown William and Margaret Isabel Norris (Mulhollen); his wife Sandra Norris (Shea); and his siblings, Lester Alexander Norris and Donamae Kathryn Keller.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Finkle (Jennifer), Craig Finkle (Jill), Shayne Norris (Diane) and Chris Norris (Abby); and his sisters, Jessie Aretta Lucas (Milford), Brenda Arlene Thompson, Anna Margaret Gearhart (Charles) and Sara Adeline Klinefelter. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 nieces and nephews.
