He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bowser and Minnie Izella Bowser (Imler); his son Terry L. Bowser II; and his sister Luann Moyer. He is survived by: his wife LouAnn Garland; his children, Dawn Lantz (David), Grace Coffman (John), Nena Bowser (Travis) and Thomas Bowser (Rachael); his grandchildren, Brooke, Blade, Kelsey, Brandon, Terry, Zach, Chloe, Mandi, Mila, Mylee and Myra; his great grandchild Sawyer; and his siblings, Linda Zimmerman, Sandy Mikuls, Chrissy Retter, Dawn Hoerath and Thomas Gutshall.
