He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Scott, Sr. and Wilma Scott (Jackson); and his wife Carol R. Jeffreys. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Scott Bond (Blake) of Wilmington and Kelly Scott Young (Andrew) of Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Noah Robert Bond and Caroline Catherine Young; and his sisters, Rebecca Webster (Frank) of Stoneboro, Amy Tingley (Phil) of Cortland and Peggy Edinger (Bob) of Pittsburgh.
