He is survived by: his parent Lena E. Mills (Wright); his children, Craig A. Mills (Rachel), Scott A. Mills (Lisa Hennessey) of Cape May, NJ and Christy A. Clark (Mills); his stepchildren, Debi Martin-Draude (Ken) of Lancaster, Susan Price (Harry) of Florida and David Scialabba (Brenda Steininger) of Lancaster; his grandsons, Matthew Mills, Brandon Mills of Cape May, NJ and Atticus Clark of Huntingdon; his stepgrandchildren, Keely Judd, Kiel Fisher and Jordyn Martin; and his brother Robert "Bob" Mills (Jane) of Huntingdon.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in remembrance of Richard A. Mills may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
