He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester Wright Wakefield and Esther Pauline Wakefield (Whittaker); his wife Linda Wakefield (Damon); his sons, Andy (Lynette Wakefield), Alex (Kathy Wakefield) and Jon (Mary Ann Wakefield); and his brother Stanley Wakefield of Mechanicsburg, PA.. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren.
