He is survived by: his wife Jane Darlington Heine; his children, Richard S. Brown (Cynthia) of Huntingdon, Timothy M. Brown (Judith) of Huntingdon, Alice B. Weiler (Charles) of Montoursville and Emilie B. Husted (Clark) of Dubois; and his grandchildren, Richard, Edward Brown, Lexi McGraw, Laura Brown, Lauren Reed-Brown, Carter, Chase and Creighton Husted. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
