Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Permelia Demar (Huntingdon, Pennsylvania), born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 90, on September 30, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Autry Dalmer Babcock and Evelyn Grace Babcock (Stoneburner); and her sister Carol Omega Reiley. She is survived by: her husband Francis Xavier "Frank" DeMar; and her sisters, Betty Jean Sparks of St. Joseph, MO. and Gloria Mae Green (Alvin) of St. Joseph, MO.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
