She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul A. Dallard and Lillian Grace Dallard (Hicks); her husband John Suba, Jr.; and her siblings, John Edward Dallard, Eleanor Ruth Ruscito, Margaret Louise Yoder, Mary Teresa Brown, Sara Emilie Ardrey and Amanda Bernadine Dallard.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Fouse (Timothy) of Colonial Beach, VA, Heather Shea (Peter Thomson) of Doylestown, David A. Suba of Mount Crawford, VA, Julia L. Dural (Sherman) of Winchester, VA, Kathy G. Suba (David A. Buzminsky) of Hesston and Patricia A. Yearick (Barry) of Millheim; and her brother James William Dallard of Hesston. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
