He was predeceased by: his son Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Jonathan (Erin), Ganny (Joanne), Sprout (Kate), Tom and Maggie; and his grandchildren, Ben (Misty), Sam, Isaac and Lucy.
