She was predeceased by: her parents, James Casner and Dorothy Casner (Miller); her granddaughter Elizabeth Garman; and her siblings, Harold Casner, Molly Stone and Dale Casner.
She is survived by: her husband Earl E. Eby, Sr.; her children, Earl E. Eby, Jr. (Karin) of Huntingdon, Christine M. Hess (David) of Martinsburg and Renee S. Eby of Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Matthew Garman (Allie) of Huntingdon, Natalie Weller (Matt) of James Creek, Alexandra Eby of Huntingdon, Samuel Hess of Irwin and Andrew Hess of Natrona Heights; her great grandchildren, Deegan Garman of Huntingdon, Gracelyn Weller of James Creek and Kaden Weller of James Creek; and her sisters, Kay Byers of Millerstown and Fay Costanzo of Newport.
