She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward M. Fortney and Lillian L. Fortney (Evertts); and her son Edward G. Wilt. She is survived by: her children, Michele D. Scott (Elmer Scott, Jr.) of Huntingdon and Corey M. Wilt of Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Elmer Scott, III, Ericka Scott, Tyler Brown, Owen Brown, Hailey Wilt, Dylan Wilt, Jacquelyn Scott and Griffin Scott; her great grandchildren, Adilee Scott, Ryder Chilcote, Blakely Chilcote and Owen Weko; and her sister Bonnie Vaughan (Fortney) of Huntingdon.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in remembrance of Joanne D. Hess may be made to the John B. Brown Funeral Home, P.O. Box 242, Huntingdon, PA 16652, to assist with final expenses.
