She is survived by: her husband Jim Borgardt; her sons, Aiden and Soren; her father Kenneth DeConde; her stepmother Lauri DeConde; her mother Cheryl Johnson; her stepfather Roger Johnson; her siblings, Sara DeConde and Alex DeConde; and her stepbrothers, Luke and Mike Johnson. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations in her honor be made to the Huntingdon Humane Society (http://www.huntingdonhumanesociety.com) from which Jennifer adopted several pets she loved, or Hand and Voices (https://secure.qgiv.com) an organization which offers support and advocacy for the families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
