He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bruce Culbertson, Sr. and Emma Mae Culbertson (Barkley); and his brothers, Fred, Bob and Ralph "Dink" Culbertson.
He is survived by: his children, Rose A. McKinney (Ed) of Huntingdon, Linda E. Casner (James) of Greene County, PA, Cliff B. Beaver (Rhonda) of Huntingdon, Gail Beaver of Huntingdon, Lori Wiley of Bakersfield, CA, Jami Beth Culbertson of Alexandria, VA, Jeremy James Culbertson (Missy) of Navarre, FL, Carri J. Norris (Adam) of Lock Haven and Brittney N. C. Culbertson (Dave Harris) of Huntingdon; and his siblings, Scott Culbertson (Rita) of Boalsburg, Russell Culbertson (Pat Beck) of Huntingdon, Olive Hurley of Huntingdon, Dorothy Whitsel of Rockville, MD and Alice Isett of Huntingdon. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
