Pleasant; the mother of his children Marsha Miller of West Mifflin, His; his close friend Penny Richter of Lower Burrell, His; and his siblings, Ethel Marie Bowman-Kerlick of Herminie and Arthur Bowman (Linda) of West Sunbury.
